WATCH: Sidharth Malhotra embraces festive spirit as he chants ‘Ganpati Bappa Morya’ during Siddhivinayak Temple visit with mom

As an ardent fan of Sidharth Malhotra, I must say his recent visit to the Siddhivinayak Temple during Ganesh Chaturthi festivities was nothing short of heartwarming! The sight of him, dressed traditionally in a red kurta and chanting ‘Ganpati Bappa Morya’ with his mother, evoked a sense of admiration for the humble side of this Bollywood star.

Right now, Bollywood is deeply engrossed in celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi festivities. Just like everyone else, Sidharth Malhotra joined in the festive mood by paying a visit to the Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai with his mother. Following their prayers for good fortune, Sidharth echoed the traditional chant “Ganpati Bappa Morya” while smiling for photographers.

As a devoted admirer, I’m thrilled to share that on September 11, 2024, I, along with many other film celebrities, made my way to the city to seek blessings from Lord Ganesha amid the vibrant festivities. Today, I found myself before the Siddhivinayak Temple, accompanied by my mother. Dressed in a traditional red kurta, I was spotted by the paparazzi as I arrived at this sacred site, seeking the divine blessings that this auspicious occasion brings.

In another video, Sidharth was joined by his mother, and together they walked into the temple, surrounded by a large number of people. A second clip captured them leaving the temple following their blessings. They were both barefooted and had tikkas adorned on their foreheads. Sidharth respectfully placed his hands together for the photographers while chanting “Ganpati Bappa Morya” with the rest of the crowd.

Previously, Sidharth Malhotra attended the Ganesh Chaturthi festivities on September 7 at the Ambani residence in Mumbai. He chose a peach-patterned kurta with floral embellishments for the event. Accompanying him was his wife, Kiara Advani, who looked radiant in a white traditional outfit. Several other Bollywood personalities such as Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Salman Khan, and others were also there.

In terms of his acting career, Sidharth Malhotra recently appeared in the movie Yodha, which hit theaters on March 15, 2024. In this action-packed thriller, he portrayed Arun Katyal, a soldier who is part of the Yodha special unit. The film was helmed by directors Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha, and was produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan. Alongside Sidharth, the movie featured Disha Patani, Raashii Khanna, and Ronit Roy.

As for his forthcoming ventures, TopMob has revealed exclusive information about Sidharth potentially collaborating with Ramesh Taurani for Race 4. Additionally, we’ve shared that Saif Ali Khan will rejoin the series, and it is anticipated that filming will commence in 2025.

According to someone familiar with the situation, Ramesh Taurani has his own group of writers creating the foundation for Race 4’s storyline. However, he’s also enlisted experienced screenwriters and directors to expand it into a full-fledged script. The writing process is currently underway, and discussions have started with Sidharth Malhotra regarding him starring as the main character in Race 4 alongside Saif Ali Khan. Sid seems keen on this project as he’s an admirer of the Race series.

According to the information given, the dynamic between characters Saif and Sid in an upcoming reboot of the “Race” franchise will revolve around a confrontation between them. This is a classic two-protagonist story, where both characters exhibit both positive and negative traits.

Beyond our two main characters, it’s been revealed that the movie will feature a talented group of actors as well. This production is grand in scope and promises plenty of action and excitement. In the coming conversations, both Saif and Sidharth are likely to put their signatures on the contracts following the final script reading, which should take place around November 2024.
