Financial expert Jason Pizzino believes that due to a declining U.S. dollar, Bitcoin (BTC) might show even greater growth opportunities.
In a recent discussion, Pizzino shares with his 353,000 YouTube followers his prediction that the US dollar may continue to depreciate. This trend, he believes, could positively impact the value of Bitcoin.
“I think this is good news for Bitcoin at this stage of the cycle…
I expect the U.S. dollar to keep falling, and given that Bitcoin is currently rising, I also anticipate an increase in Bitcoin’s value due to the weakness of the U.S. dollar.
As an analyst, I’m sharing my perspective that the present configuration of the stock market, particularly evident in the S&P 500 index, seems to be a positive trigger for Bitcoin.
As a crypto investor, I’m observing a continued upward trajectory for the S&P 500. Although it didn’t set a new record high today, the overall trend remains bullish. When this index breaks out of its current consolidation phase, particularly as it reaches a new all-time high and continues on a strong trend, it usually signals a prime time for Bitcoin to follow suit and surge ahead smoothly.
The Bitcoin analyst and investor, on the other hand, believes we’re approaching the concluding phases of the bullish trend in the crypto market. As per Pizzino’s viewpoint, the factors leading to a bearish correction are starting to align.
In the concluding phase of the market ascent, things are generally optimistic and bullish. It’s evident that an increasing number of businesses are adopting Bitcoin, effectively transforming themselves into ‘Bitcoin-holding corporations.’
In essence, these companies are nearly bankrupt, but their stocks are rising due to their ownership of Bitcoin. However, it’s important to note that the stock prices might not reflect actual profits, as they possess an asset (Bitcoin) whose value is increasing.
Could there be an issue with that? It’s not necessarily so, but it does have the potential to provide additional power within the system, a situation that typically occurs towards the conclusion of each cycle.
