When Ajay Devgn ended up hurting himself because of Madhuri Dixit’s beauty; here’s what happened

As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for celebrity dynamics, I must say that Madhuri Dixit and Ajay Devgn‘s camaraderie is nothing short of iconic. Their reminiscing about their past projects and shared experiences, like the incident from Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke, only serves to underscore their lasting bond.

Madhuri Dixit is a celebrated figure in the Indian film industry, known for captivating countless fans. Her acting and dancing abilities are enviable, but it’s her smile that truly steals the show. In an old interview, her co-star Ajay Devgn admitted to being charmed by her beauty. He also reminisced about injuring himself while filming their movie Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke, as he was so captivated by her radiance.

On RJ Stutee’s talk show Aur Batao, Ajay Devgn and Madhuri Dixit discussed their film Total Dhamaal. During a relaxed conversation, Ajay confessed being starstruck by his co-star. He reminisced about the set of the 2001 romantic drama Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke, where he was partaking in drinks and smoking with other cast members. Not long after, Madhuri joined them, looking so stunning that Ajay accidentally burned himself by putting his cigarette on his face.

The actor shared, “Mere yahan na ek nishaan hai (showing his scar to everyone). Abhi bhi hai. Toh mai baat kara raha tha aur inko dekh raha tha aur maine galati se vo cigarette ulti laga li. Vo mark abhi bhi hai. I got burned. There is a mark, a scar which is there. Toh ye inka scar hai. (There’s a mark which is here still. I was talking and looking at her and this is when I put the cigarette in the wrong direction. The scar is given by her.)” To this, Dixit hilariously stated, “Meri yaad leke ghoom rahe hai. (He is carrying my memory with him).”

In terms of his professional endeavors, Ajay will be co-starring with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff in Rohit Shetty’s film “Singham Again,” which is set to hit theaters this Diwali.
