When Janhvi Kapoor recalled her childhood was mostly about getting 'bullied' by sister Khushi Kapoor

As a fervent admirer of the Kapoor sisters, I can’t help but be charmed by their heartwarming bond. Born into the illustrious Kapoor family and making their mark in Bollywood, Janhvi and Khushi have managed to captivate our hearts with more than just their acting skills.

Janhvi Kapoor, born to Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, has been a member of the Hindi film industry for six years now. Most recently, she made her Telugu cinema debut in Devara: Part 1 alongside Jr. NTR. Her sister Khushi Kapoor is particularly close to Janhvi, as evidenced by their social media posts showcasing the Kapoor siblings. Looking back on her childhood, Janhvi humorously admitted that she often experienced teasing from her sister Khushi.

Back in November 2018, Janhvi Kapoor posted an older video on Instagram, celebrating her sister Khushi Kapoor’s birthday. The video showcased them both dancing cheerfully together.

I, myself, grasp my sister Khushi’s hand and place the other on my waist as we execute romantic dance steps with unwavering devotion. It’s my little one, Khushi, who guides me through our dance. Our charming dance moves steal the show in this clip. We are adorned with cute hair accessories, adding an extra dash of charm to our performance.

In the scene, Ulajh’s actress donned a white blouse paired with grey lounge pants, while Khushi chose a pink blouse and a vibrant multi-colored skirt with flared sides, both in the background stood a television set, and an array of plush toys were neatly arranged atop it.

Janhvi titled her post with a heartfelt note for her sister Khushi. “My youth was largely marked by teasing from you… Yet, my affection for you remains strong, far beyond what you might conceive, #happybirthday” is how it originally read.

Previously, Khushi Kapoor mentioned during an interview with Lifestyle Asia India that she views her older sister Janhvi as more of a caregiver or guiding figure in her life. Janhvi provides advice and support on various matters, as noted by Khushi, who is known for her role in “The Archies.

In the year 2023, Khushi Kapoor embarked on her acting career by appearing in Zoya Akhtar’s teen musical comedy titled “The Archies”. Alongside Khushi, this movie also featured Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, Vedang Raina, and several other talented actors.

Janhvi Kapoor made her debut in 2018 with the film Dhadak, and she will next appear alongside Varun Dhawan in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. According to TopMob, additional films for Kapoor include RC 16 with Ram Charan and Karna featuring Suriya.
