An instance of this playful banter occurred when the actress from Citadel sneakily sent a text from Abhishek’s phone to Rani Mukerji, saying, “I miss you.” The way Rani responded to this unexpected message was truly hard to ignore!

Approximately one year following the release of Bluffmaster, Priyanka Chopra disclosed a mischievous joke she played on Abhishek Bachchan during an interview on Rendezvous with Simi Garewal in 2006. She confessed that as retaliation for his initial trickery, she secretly sent a message to Rani Mukerji from Abhishek‘s phone.

During our conversation, Priyanka shared that Abhishek secreted her phone away after turning it off and seating on it. Despite searching high and low for it, knowing full well he had it, Abhishek repeatedly denied the theft. Eventually, due to the discomfort of sitting in the van any longer, he was forced to return it.

In the end, the actress admitted that she eventually discovered Abhishek’s phone and decided to retaliate. When he left his phone unattended, both she and Riteish Deshmukh saw a suitable moment. The sight of the phone just sitting there was too tempting for her to resist. Even as Riteish attempted to dissuade her, she was set on pulling off a prank. With surprising swiftness, she snatched Abhishek’s phone and concealed it elsewhere.

When Simi asked about her actions regarding the phone, Priyanka Chopra couldn’t suppress a chuckle because it reminded her of a joke. She admitted that she had playfully messaged Rani Mukerji, impersonating Abhishek.

She told someone, “I sent a message to Rani: ‘I’ve been missing you; where have you been? Do you want to?’ But when asked about Rani’s response, she confessed that she never received one. In a state of fear, she hurriedly turned off her phone, stashed it in the van, and sped away with Riteish, leaving the matter unresolved.

Priyanka reminded everyone that it wasn’t until midday that Abhishek Bachchan noticed his phone was gone. Later on, Simi disclosed that Rani had already reacted to the prank text, expressing confusion by asking, “Hey AB, what’s going on with you?
