When Varun Dhawan confirmed Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s relationship even before they were married

Previously on Koffee with Karan, Varun Dhawan, famous for his Baby John character, accidentally disclosed information about the relationship between Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor while they were still together. To clarify, Alia and Ranbir dated for around five years before their wedding in April 2022.

Previously on Karan Johar’s talk show “Koffee With Karan”, when Karan (KJO) posed a quick-fire question to Varun about what he’d do if Ranbir Kapoor called him at 4 AM, Varun said it would be regarding a nighttime gathering, and he would ask him over to his place. Later, when asked about Alia, Varun stated that she too would be present at the same party.

In a recent chat on a podcast, Ranbir Kapoor opened up about his married life with Alia Bhatt and the intricate bond he shared with his deceased father, Rishi Kapoor. He highlighted that in a matrimonial partnership, people frequently need to relinquish certain facets of their individual identities. He pointed out that they both are adapting changes to establish a peaceful cohabitation.

As per Ranbir’s perspective, marriage inherently necessitates compromise since both partners must make sacrifices and adjustments. He suggested that it’s impractical for two individuals to love each other in an identical manner without any changes or adaptations. Ranbir discussed these insights during his appearance on Nikhil Kamath’s podcast, emphasizing the intricacies that define their relationship.

In terms of her career, Alia will soon appear in the film “Jigra” with Vedang Raina. Directed by Vasan Bala, this movie is scheduled to be released in theaters on October 11, 2024. Notably, Alia has just returned from Kashmir where she completed the shooting of her spy movie “Alpha,” co-starring Sharvari Wagh.

Additionally, she is involved in a film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, titled “Love and War.” As per reports from Bollywood Hungama, production for this project featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal is set to commence next month.

At present, Ranbir Kapoor is engrossed in filming Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana along with Sai Pallavi. As per updates, Kapoor has completed shooting for the initial section of the dual-part series.

Currently, Dhawan is engaged in filming for Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, a project he’s working on alongside Janhvi Kapoor. This film is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. He’s also looking forward to the premiere of his upcoming movie Baby John, which has generated much excitement among fans. The release date for this eagerly awaited film is set around Christmas 2024.
