1. Maya D’Souza in Jaane Jaan
In the year 2023, Kareena Kapoor Khan made a significant impact in the digital realm with her role in the mystery thriller film titled “Jaane Jaan.” She portrayed Maya D’Souza, a resilient single mother determined to protect herself and her child from an abusive partner. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the Netflix production featured performances by Jaideep Alhawat, Vijay Varma, and Lin Laishram as well.
2. Jasmeet Bhamra in The Buckingham Murders
In that very same year, Bebo collaborated with Hansal Mehta and appeared in the crime thriller movie titled “The Buckingham Murders.” Her performance as Jasmeet Bhamra, an Indian detective mourning the loss of her child, was captivating and drew much attention. 2024 found me kicking off the year with a bang, as I delved into the world of high-stakes comedy with the film “Crew”.
