Although filming hasn’t begun on many of them, the anticipation among fans is definitely building up. From Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal Park, Akshay Kumar’s Hera Pheri 3, to Ranveer Singh’s Don 3 – there’s quite a lineup! In 2026, the follow-up movie to the 2023 hit film “Animal” will be called “Animal Park.” This continuation picks up where the original story left off. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is slated to work on this project following the release of his upcoming film, “Spirit,” featuring Prabhas.

2. Stree 3

Based on Maddock Films’ schedule, the third part of Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree series, titled “Stree 3”, is due for release on August 13, 2027. This upcoming installment in the horror-comedy genre is rumored to feature a significant role by Akshay Kumar.

3. Hera Pheri 3

Based on enthusiastic fan requests following a significant hiatus, filmmaker Priyadarshan unveiled Hera Pheri 3 last January, featuring Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty. In a recent interview, Rawal revealed that the production for this upcoming comedy is tentatively scheduled to commence around August-September 2025.

4. Don 3

Actors Ranveer Singh and Kiara Advani will team up for the upcoming movie “Don 3,” directed by Farhan Akhtar. Previously, there were rumors about the film’s delay, but Akhtar recently clarified during an interview that production is slated to begin this year.

5. Border 2

27 years after its initial release, actor Sunny Deol is set to return with a sequel titled “Border 2”. The new cast members include Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty. Directed by Anurag Singh, this highly anticipated war-drama movie is slated for release on January 26, 2026, making it a significant cinematic event to look forward to next year.

6. Krrish 4

Fans have eagerly awaited this upcoming science fiction film for quite some time now. As per recent news, it appears that Hrithik Roshan will commence filming for this highly anticipated project following the completion of War 2’s shooting in April.

7. No Entry 2

Anees Bazmee is set to delight fans once more with the follow-up to his renowned movie, “No Entry 2.” In this new installment, actors Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Arjun Kapoor will take on the main characters.
