How does Kareena Kapoor Khan treat her staff?
During our continuing discussion, Lalita D’Silva mentioned that she has never observed any diva-like behavior from Kareena Kapoor Khan. She stated, “I haven’t seen that at all in the eight years I have worked with her,” and emphasized that both Kareena and herself are just regular people.
“Lalita explained that Saifeena’s household staff actually shares the same meals as them. ‘No, it’s not that ‘my staff cannot eat this, but I am.’ Absolutely not. It’s nothing different,’ she continued, emphasizing that even the types of food grains are identical.”
D’Silva stated that the Khan couple have never been restricted and often dine with their employees in front of them.
