Following his hospital ordeal in the initial movie, Philip persists in battling global terrorists in “Kill ’em All 2,” directed by Valeri Milev. In the original Van Damme flick, Philip was pitted against Russian criminals headed by Radovan Brokovski (Daniel Bernhardt) and his top assassin, Almira (Mila Kalađurđević).
