I think her replacement is pretty obvious too. My theory is Gregory Eddie will take over for Ava.

Given Gregory’s ease in his role as a teacher and his strong bond with Janine, granting him this new position might bring some unexpected developments to the series, allowing his character to grow and transform further.

To put it another way, here’s my take: Despite Ava’s popularity and personal growth, I’m doubtful about James’ role continuing on the show if Ava isn’t the head honcho anymore.
