The situation is becoming quite challenging for Christopher Abbott and Julia Garner, as evidenced by the initial preview of the movie titled “The Wolf Man“.
Universal Pictures plans to debut director Leigh Whannell’s horror movie, a modern take on the iconic monster series, which originally began with the 1941 film “The Wolf Man,” in cinemas on January 17, 2025. This latest adaptation revolves around a man whose family becomes the target of a lethal predator.
In the trailer, Abbott remarks, “It seemed like a creature from the wild, but on my honor, it was upright, like a human on two legs.
Later, a young girl asks, “What’s wrong with Daddy?”
Sam Jaeger and Matilda Firth complete the ensemble of actors. The movie, earlier set to star Ryan Gosling as the main character, is now being produced by Blumhouse and Motel Movies. However, after Gosling’s departure, the lead role was assumed by Abbott in the film’s title.
Jason Blum is responsible for the production of a film with Jason Blanwell, Ryan Gosling, Ken Kao, Beatriz Sequeira, and Melanie Turner serving as executive producers.
