The central character in this episode is Benjamin Obadiah Foster, portrayed as a monster. This episode features women who had relationships with him over a ten-year span, recounting their harrowing experiences. In the first installment of the ‘Worst Roommate Ever’ spin-off on Netflix, we delve into the trauma as Angie Milner, a friend of Foster’s primary victim Justine Siemens, discovers the injured Siemens, near death. Foster’s Criminal Record Didn’t Stop Him

According to Jaimee, their relationship started off quite ordinary during that first year, but then Benjamin’s behavior changed dramatically, becoming increasingly aggressive and oppressive. At one point, Foster forced her down, held both her arms, and shaved her entire head, explaining that no man would ever find her attractive again. He kept her imprisoned for 16 days under harsh conditions until the situation escalated further, causing her severe harm. Eventually, Jaimee managed to convince Foster to go to the supermarket with her. During this trip, she seized the opportunity to jump out of the car and escape, seeking help from someone who would take her to the hospital.
Benjamin Foster already had a shocking criminal record from numerous other cases of the same nature throughout the years, but his prosecution due to kidnapping and abuse from 2021 landed him a prison sentence, a relatively short one at that, which he finished in the same year. A year after his release from prison, Foster started dating Justine Siemens, as the two seemed to hit it off well. Considering the opening scene of Worst Ex Ever’s first episode, the initial connection between Justine and Benjamin was certainly cut short, and crimes that are hard to believe began.
After discovering his history of abuse and criminal activities, Justine promptly informed their common workplace about it, leading to his immediate termination. Upon discovering Justine, police officers were unable to locate Benjamin, who had already fled the scene prior to their arrival. Given his status as a potentially dangerous suspect likely to continue targeting women, the search for Foster immediately commenced.

Regardless of their attempts to persuade Foster to surrender, he ended his life tragically by shooting himself in the head. Though he continued to breathe, Foster’s death was eventually confirmed a few hours later. The news of his passing came as a shock, but it also meant that more potential victims were spared from enduring unspeakable terror.
