In the past week, top assets like Ripple XRP $2.95 and Hedera HBAR $0.24 have delivered gains ranging from 20% to 50%. However, Stellar’s impressive performance has caught the attention of investors, with its price action towering above its layer-1 rivals.

Zooming out, it appears that investors are prioritizing legacy layer-1 projects over niche projects that were popular in previous cycles. As Bitcoin’s price has retraced towards the $120,000 mark, Stellar’s volumes have crossed $3 billion over the last 24 hours, breaking into the top ten traded assets.

While Bitcoin’s price stagnates at $120,000, Stellar remains in high demand. Despite its triple-digit gains in the last seven days, the appearance of an upper wick on Friday’s candle suggests that bulls may be facing resistance near the $0.50 level. The MACD indicator remains sharply bullish, with the MACD line surging above the signal line, supported by expanding green bars on the histogram.

If bulls defend the $0.43 support level and BTC maintains its strength above $110,000, Stellar could reclaim $0.50 and aim for a breakout towards $0.58. However, a breakdown below $0.43 would invalidate the bullish setup, triggering short-term downside towards the $0.38 region.
