2024 was a rollercoaster ride for me as a Bollywood enthusiast! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the unexpected collaborations that unfolded throughout this year. From witnessing Deepika Padukone gracefully make her first public appearance at Diljit Dosanjh’s concert after becoming a mom, to seeing several big names sharing the screen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, I felt like I was living in a dream. Reflecting on the year, it’s mind-blowing how much excitement and unpredictability Bollywood delivered. It truly feels like I’ve been granted a front-row seat to witness history being made!

On December 6th, videos of Diljit Dosanjh’s Bangalore concert spread like wildfire. Not only did he manage to electrify the crowd with his performance, but the moment when Deepika Padukone joined him on stage was the undeniable highlight of the night. They shared a delightful time performing Diljit’s song Lover together live. In one clip, it even appeared that the Piku actress was teaching Kannada to the Punjabi singer. It’s important to note that this was Deepika’s first public outing since she gave birth to her daughter, Dua Singh Padukone, in September 2024.
2. Rohit Shetty brings big celebs together in Singham Again
