Zenith and Felipe Pantone Reveal an Iridescent DEFY Skyline Tourbillon

As a seasoned gamer with a discerning eye for unique and visually captivating timepieces, I must say that the Zenith Defy Skyline Tourbillon Felipe Pantone special edition has caught my attention like no other! The rainbow aesthetic and kinetic art style are reminiscent of the neon-lit gaming worlds I navigate, where colors dance and patterns intertwine.

Zenith and frequent partner, Felipe Pantone, have joined forces yet again to reveal their third collaboration piece – the unique Defy Skyline Tourbillon Special Edition.

This latest collaboration persists with a vibrant rainbow theme, showcasing Pantone’s distinctive kinetic art style that gives the dial a special interaction with light, color, and geometric designs. What distinguishes this new timepiece from their past collaborations is the incorporation of an iridescent finish on the indices, hands, tourbillon bridges, and the dial plate itself. Intricate micro-engravings of concentric circles adorn the watch face, resulting in a captivating visual experience.

The iridescent treatment doesn’t stop on the dial — it’s also reflected in the star-shaped oscillating weight on the caseback. Inside, Zenith’s emblematic El Primero 3630 caliber beats at a rate of 36,000 vph, providing around 60 hours of power reserve.

The watch features a 41mm stainless steel body, with the artist’s initials subtly engraved on the upper corners of the case. At the bottom corners, you’ll find ‘T’ and ‘1’. A main band made of steel complements the case, and an extra black rubber strap is available as well.

The unique, limited-edition Defy Skyline Tourbillon Felipe Pantone, priced at $62,300 USD, will be available starting September 12, with only 100 pieces produced. To learn more about this release, please visit Zenith’s official website.
