The ApeCoin Hotel proposal requires approximately 410,000 APE from the ApeCoin community’s reserve for its implementation. Voting on this proposal will end on July 31.
ApeCoin hotel benefits
The ApeCoin Hotel, as outlined by the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), is designed to foster support for ApeCoin, ApeChain, and diverse APE community groups. The DAO disclosed that this initiative will offer numerous advantages to members of the APE community.
The DAO suggested that half of the earnings derived from themed rooms be transferred to the ApeCoin DAO’s treasury for a period of one year. Additionally, the hotel had the option to accept ApeCoin as a form of payment, with supporters believing this move would underscore the cryptocurrency’s practical applications and possibly stimulate increased usage.
The hotel project intends to implement several community-focused programs. Such initiatives might encompass granting 50 free night stays to APE cardholders and allowing complimentary use of specific hotel amenities for local residents.
In addition, the proposal details a distinctive check-in method for ApeCoin owners at a themed accommodation. To confirm eligibility, guests are required to validate their ApeCoin Forum membership and wallet balance at the reception desk upon arrival.
