A proposal for a 17-tier high “Crypto Building” has been revealed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre and REIT Development, located in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers district.
As a researcher immersed in the dynamic world of technology, I am thrilled to announce that our upcoming tower will be equipped with blockchain-driven tenant services, designed to nurture innovation in blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and artificial intelligence (AI). With a sprawling leasable space of approximately 150,000 square feet, this architectural marvel aims to provide a conducive environment for the burgeoning community of blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 companies in Dubai. This move underscores our commitment to fostering growth and collaboration within these cutting-edge technological sectors.
According to a recent announcement from DMCC, it’s anticipated that the Crypto Tower will be fully built by early 2027.
The structure is planned to have nine levels specifically designed for crypto-based startup offices and well-established companies, three tiers intended for blockchain incubators and financial investment firms, and a separate floor focused on AI advancements, driven by technology from Chatoshi.ai.
Tower tenants to use blockchain technology
The Crypto Tower plans to employ cutting-edge systems that allow for seamless interaction between tenants using blockchain technology. Features such as on-site voting, smart contracts, and automated processes will be implemented to boost transparency and streamline operations.

The extra facilities will encompass a spacious 10,000-square-feet indoor event area, a three-story VIP crypto lounge, and lavish offerings like an NFT artwork exhibit, a gold merchandise store, and safe deposit boxes for valuables.
