Tortola, British Virgin Island, October 25th, 2024, Chainwire

Recently, Aark Digital encountered a security breach where an unknown entity managed to gain access and withdraw around $1,386,085 in USDC and 24.143 ETH. If a full recovery doesn’t take place, Aark Digital has made clear they will disclose a plan to deal with the situation effectively by the deadline of October 26th, 2024 at 15:00 UTC. They have given the responsible party until this date to respond, and if the funds are not returned by then, Aark Digital is ready to take legal action.
