On October 1st, Jesse Pollak revealed through his social platform that he would be taking charge of Coinbase Wallet and also becoming part of its top-tier management team which comprises eight members. Moreover, he will continue to head BASE as well.

As reported by Emillie Choi, President and COO of Coinbase, the company’s former Engineering Vice President, Manish Gupta, has moved on to begin a fresh chapter in his career. In his absence, Pollak will now assume the role of Engineering Vice President at Coinbase.
Prior to this, Jesse Pollak served as the head of Coinbase’s consumer and retail engineering departments from January 2018 up until September 2021. During his tenure, he played a significant role in developing both Coinbase Pro and the Coinbase Wallet.
