Is CZ the Meme Coin Whisperer? You Won’t Believe What He Just Said! 😂

Well now, gather ’round, folks, for a tale of our dear friend Changpeng Zhao, or as the folks on the street call him, CZ. This fella, the big cheese over at Binance, took to the wild frontier of X to share his thoughts after the launch of a little something called $TST. Now, he claims he ain’t against memecoins, which is a curious thing, considering they often serve about as much purpose as a screen door on a submarine. 🐟

In a statement that could make a cat laugh, CZ declared that neither he nor his grand establishment has thrown their hats in the ring for this TST memecoin. He insists he’s never dipped his toes in the memecoin pond, which is a bit like saying you don’t like swimming while standing in a kiddie pool. But I digress!

“TST got listed on Binance. A few thoughts:

1. CZ said “fundamentals”, then talks about a test coin turned meme coin.

I posted to clarify that TST was NOT endorsed by me/us. It was just a test token used in a video tutorial. But every clarification post just made it more viral…”

In his musings, CZ went on to say, “Is CZ against meme coins? No. Just because I’m not ‘into’ something doesn’t mean I’m against it. I don’t collect stamps, but I’m not out there burning them either. I haven’t bought any NFTs, and I reckon most of you would agree that I’ve worked harder than a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest to help many altcoins and the crypto industry in general. I hold BTC and BNB, but I’m not throwing shade at meme coins.”

Now, here’s the kicker: CZ also mentioned he wasn’t consulted before they decided to list this TEST token. Apparently, the crypto crowd has been flocking to memecoins like moths to a flame, all thanks to some pesky regulatory agencies that have been slapping down altcoins like a game of whack-a-mole.

“During the last four years, a powerful regulatory agency sued almost anyone with any utility token, falsely claiming they are securities. So, people started to launch memes,” said CZ.
