As someone who has spent years immersed in the dynamic world of digital assets and automotive culture, this latest collaboration between Lamborghini and Animoca Brands piques my interest significantly. Having witnessed the burgeoning NFT market and its potential to revolutionize industries, it’s fascinating to see a luxury car manufacturer like Lamborghini diving deeper into web3 realms.
Lamborghini, together with Animoca Brands, revealed the Fast ForAll platform, a project where virtual Lamborghinis are designed for web3 games, capable of being used across different platforms.
In simpler terms, the renowned Italian sports car brand, Lamborghini, along with NFT investor Animoca Brands, are teaming up to start a web3 project. This venture will create digital versions of supercars for gaming purposes, which can be used across various platforms. Notably, this is Lamborghini’s first venture into blockchain technology.
In a blog post dated October 2nd, Animoca Brands unveiled the upcoming Fast & World platform, where users can engage in hands-on activities, play games, interact with others, and amass digital collectibles, all while being compensated for their participation. This innovative platform is scheduled to go live on November 7th, and it will debut digital car collectibles that can be traded and utilized across various games within Animoca’s Motorverse.
From their debut, these high-performance racing vehicles will function as digital assets that can be seamlessly used across various gaming platforms. They’ll be available on Torque Drift 2, REVV Racing, the Motorverse Hub, and Fast ForWorld’s exclusive gaming environment right off the bat.

Gravitaslabs, a company under the umbrella of Animoca Brands, is creating a new platform that includes a 3-dimensional digital wallet. This wallet allows users to safely keep and manage their virtual possessions.
Lamborghini dives deeper into web3 realm
2022 saw Lamborghini team up with NFT PRO and INVNT to delve deeper into blockchain endeavors, launching a series of non-fungible tokens highlighting their legendary automobiles. This collaboration, named “Road Trip NFT,” ran until March 2023, offering monthly collections themed around various travel destinations, with each one accessible for a limited period.
At that point in time, Christian Mastro, who is Lamborghini’s marketing director, referred to NFTs as an “innovative, unconventional pitch” and a “novel means of artistic self-expression for emerging generations.” Notably, when RM Sotheby’s conducted an auction, it was widely reported because they sold the final Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Coupé, together with a unique NFT. This event signified the blend of traditional luxury items and digital tokenized assets.
