Mr. Beast Faces Allegations of Crypto ‘Pump and Dump’ Scheme

As an analyst with over two decades of experience in finance and digital currencies, I have seen my fair share of crypto-related scandals involving celebrities. However, the allegations against YouTube star MrBeast (James Donaldson) are particularly alarming due to his reputation as a philanthropic influencer.

Internet personality known as MrBeast, whose genuine name is James Donaldson, has been hit with significant accusations related to improper use of cryptocurrencies, which may potentially harm his image as a charitable social media figure.

Many famous individuals who’ve ventured into cryptocurrency frequently employ a tactic known as “Buying high and selling quickly,” which is another way to describe the “Pump and dump” strategy.

According to SomaXBT, his potential earnings from this scheme could be around $10 million. However, a report by loock.io indicates that his actual income might reach as high as $23 million since the year 2021.

In essence, SuperVerse, formerly known as SuperFarm, is one of the key initiatives under scrutiny. It’s been reported that MrBeast received a million SUPER tokens back in early 2021, which he subsequently sold, generating approximately $7.5 million within a single month. Furthermore, it’s claimed that he earned an additional $11.4 million over the subsequent months.

Additionally, it seems that images from a conversation indicate that MrBeast and crypto influencer EllioTrades were discussing a $100,000 endorsement for their shared project.

Additionally, these documents mention other investments as well. It is said that MrBeast earned approximately $4.649,337 million from Eternity Chain (ERN), about $1.724,652 million from PolyChain Monsters (PMON), and around $484,817 from SHOPX.

It has been reported that substantial funds were transferred from his wallets to well-known cryptocurrency exchanges such as Gemini and Binance, hinting at potential connections leading back to him.

To date, there’s been no response from MrBeast regarding these allegations. Nevertheless, SomaXBT and their team of investigators are urging everyone to examine the evidence and consider its implications on MrBeast’s involvement in the crypto world.
