As more customer AI applications are deployed across various data centers, including on-premises, cloud, and edge infrastructure, the complexity of managing these implementations increases. Effective scheduling becomes crucial for efficiently handling workloads such as recommender systems, search engines, and generative AI, aiming to maximize system and infrastructure performance.
Using Run:ai, businesses have the flexibility to oversee and enhance their computing resources in various environments, including on-site and cloud-based solutions.
The company has built an open platform using Kubernetes, serving as the orchestration layer for modern AI and cloud infrastructure. It integrates with third-party AI tools and frameworks and supports various Kubernetes versions.
Many large corporations from various sectors count themselves as Run:ai’s esteemed clients. These businesses leverage the Run:ai platform to manage GPU clusters as expansive as full-scale data centers.
Starting from 2020, Run:ai and Nvidia have been collaborating closely. According to a statement released by Nvidia on Wednesday, details about the agreement remain undisclosed. However, the Israeli newspaper Calcalist reported that the deal could be valued at approximately US$700 million.
According to Calcalist’s latest news, Nvidia boasts a global workforce of over 20,000 individuals. Approximately 3,200 of these employees are stationed in Israel. The report highlights that Israel ranks as the second most crucial market for Nvidia, and the company has concluded numerous additional deals there.
Currently, NVIDIA continues to market and sell Run:ai’s products using their existing business approach. Furthermore, NVIDIA will continue to finance the development of Run:ai’s product line as part of NVIDIA DGX Cloud, an advanced AI platform designed specifically for generative AI applications. This platform was collaboratively engineered with leading cloud providers for the benefit of enterprise developers.
Users of NVIDIA DGX and NVIDIA DGX Cloud can now take advantage of Run:ai’s features for handling AI workloads, specifically for the deployment of large language models. Various NVIDIA offerings, such as NVIDIA DGX, NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD, NVIDIA Base Command, NGC containers, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, are among the products that support this integration.
NVIDIA’s high-speed computing platform, in conjunction with Run:ai’s solution, is capable of accommodating various offerings from external providers.
