Samsung Next Partners with Sony to Power Soneium Blockchain

As a seasoned crypto investor with a knack for spotting promising ventures and a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, I find Samsung Next’s investment in Startale Labs through Sony’s Soneium Spark program to be a strategic move that could potentially reap significant rewards.

Samsung Ventures, a venture capital division of the tech conglomerate Samsung from South Korea, recently made a strategic investment in Startale Labs via Sony’s Soneium Spark initiative

Established in 2023 by Sota Watanabe, Startale Labs has partnered with Astar Network to aid in its growth. Originally operating independently, the business subsequently teamed up with Sony Network Communications Inc., forming a collaborative endeavor

In a similar vein, both Startale Labs and Astar Network align with Watanabe’s vision, while it’s worth noting that Watanabe holds the position of director at Sony Blockchain Solutions Labs. This organization has recently introduced Soneium, a blockchain solution on Ethereum‘s Layer-2 platform
