South Korea Firm Infinite Block Becomes XRP Ledger Validator

As a seasoned crypto investor with a strong focus on XRP and the XRP Ledger ecosystem, I’m thrilled about Infinite Block’s recent announcement of becoming a validator on the XRPL network. South Korea, being one of the world’s leading markets in terms of crypto adoption and innovation, is a significant development for XRPL’s growth trajectory within its regulatory framework.

Korean virtual asset provider Infinite Block has joined the XRP Ledger (XRPL) network as a validator. According to Catalyze Research, this move intends to promote consistent expansion for the XRPL ecosystem within the regulatory boundaries of South Korea.

Infinite Block intends to provide XRP and XRPL-associated solutions for businesses, both locally and internationally, adhering to regulatory requirements. According to XRP Scan, Infinite Block’s validator service has been functioning effectively, reaching a consensus ratio of 99.9% during the previous 24 hours.

As a researcher studying the developments in the Ripple (XRP) network, I’d like to share an update: Following SBI VC Trade, the crypto trading subsidiary of renowned Japanese financial group SBI Holdings, joining as a validator on XRPL, there are now over 125 validators within the network. Their role is crucial in confirming transaction authenticity.

Approximately 35 out of the 615 validators in the Ripple network are included in the default Unique Node List (dUNL). Some of these validators include Ripple, Bitrue, XRP Labs, Bitso, onXRP, and Bithomp.
